:: Recipient of the 1999 lifetime Academy of Achievement Award by the ART (Accessory Resource Team) :: Nominated for the inaugural 1999 WOW Award, awarded by WITHIT (Women In The Home Industry Today), which recognizes outstanding women in the home industry. :: The ART award for best picture manufacturer, Kinder-Harris in 1990 in recognition of Carolyn Kinder’s outstanding designs. :: Her current licensees, as well as her former company, Kinder-Harris, have also won awards repeatedly in the past ten years. :: Outstanding Young Women of America, Who’s Who in America, Outstanding Americans in the South, and Who’s Who in Arkansas. :: As an award-winning artist, Carolyn Kinder’s paintings have received over 50 awards and are in various collections throughout the country including those of Winthrop Rockefeller, Senator Dale Bumpers, and the USS Arkansas. :: Carolyn Kinder has been a member of the Dallas Trend Panel, and a member of the Accessory Advisory Board for the International Home Furnishings Center in High Point, North Carolina. She is a member of ART and is a past Chairman of the Committee for Customer Awareness.
